ScrideEd is a brand operated by Scride Smart Solutions Private Limited, a company registered in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. These terms govern your use of our website and participation in our programs.
Our student programs are designed for individuals aged 13–18. Students under 18 must have a parent or guardian complete the registration and provide consent. By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate.
Payment is accepted via UPI or bank transfer to Scride Smart Solutions Private Limited. A receipt will be issued upon confirmation. ScrideEd reserves the right to update pricing for future batches. Registered participants are not affected by price changes after their seat is confirmed.
All students are expected to treat instructors, fellow participants, and equipment with respect. ScrideEd reserves the right to remove any participant who disrupts the learning environment, damages equipment, or behaves in a manner inconsistent with our values. No refund will be issued in such cases.
Where kits are included in the course fee, they become the property of the student upon completion of the workshop. Students and parents are responsible for equipment during the workshop. Intentional damage to ScrideEd or venue equipment may result in a charge for replacement costs.
ScrideEd reserves the right to reschedule or modify workshop content due to circumstances beyond our control (instructor illness, venue issues, natural events, etc.). In such cases, registered participants will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund. We will provide as much advance notice as possible.
All course material, curriculum, session plans, and content developed by ScrideEd is the intellectual property of Scride Smart Solutions Private Limited. Students may use knowledge gained for personal and educational purposes. Reproduction or redistribution of ScrideEd materials for commercial purposes is not permitted without written consent.
ScrideEd takes all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe learning environment. However, ScrideEd is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in workshops beyond what is required by applicable Indian law. Parents and guardians acknowledge that hands-on electronics and robotics activities carry inherent minor risks and that appropriate supervision is provided at all times.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published at scrideed.com/terms/. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Refund terms for school lab setup, curriculum, and teacher training engagements are governed by the specific agreement signed with the school prior to engagement. Please refer to your school's service agreement for details.
